Account Deletion Information
Learn how to permanently delete your account and data from Binango.
Important Notice
Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. This action will remove all your personal data, content, history, and preferences from our systems. Any active subscriptions will be canceled.
Delete Your Account via Mobile App
Follow these steps to delete your account directly from the Binango mobile application:
- 1 Open the Binango mobile application
- 2 Tap on your profile icon at the bottom right of the screen
- 3 Scroll to the bottom and tap "Delete Account"
- 4 Read the warning carefully and tap "Delete" to confirm
Delete Your Account via Web Application
You can also delete your account by visiting our website:
- 1 Go to binango.com and log into your account
- 2 Tap on your profile picture/avatar in the top right corner (with the dropdown arrow)
- 3 From the dropdown menu, select "My Profile"
- 4 Scroll to the bottom of the left sidebar list and tap "Delete Account"
- 5 Read the warning carefully and click the final confirmation button to proceed
Request Deletion via Support
If you are unable to use the methods above, you can contact our support team to request account deletion.
Email us at support@binango.com from your registered email address. Please include "Account Deletion Request" in the subject line and your account details in the body. We will verify your identity and process the request within 7-14 business days.
What Data We Remove
When you delete your account, the following information is permanently removed from our active systems:
- Personal profile information (name, email, phone number)
- Your usage history, activity logs, and preferences
- All user-generated content and uploaded files
- Linked payment methods and subscription details
Data Retention Note
We may retain certain anonymized, aggregated data for analytics, or specific information as required by law (for example, transaction records for financial reporting). This retained data will not be personally identifiable.
Processing Timeline
- Immediate: Your account will be deactivated and inaccessible
- Within 30 days: Your personal data is scheduled for removal from our primary databases and backups
- Confirmation: You will receive a final confirmation email to your registered address once the process is complete
